Meet Luke Jarrett, our Director of Procurement, Facilities and Business Systems. Luke has worked within the Health and Social Care sector for over 17 years, with involvement in both Community and Residential Care. Luke started his career as a Kitchen Assistant at the age of 16 within a care home before quickly progressing to a Senior Care Assistant.

Since then, Luke has worked his way up over the years to be a Manager and has held various roles hence gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience, before taking on roles within Procurement, Facilities and Business Systems Management. Luke is passionate about ensuring care is delivered to the highest quality, and ensuring that that quality is also followed through procurement and facilities maintenance.

Luke strongly believes the knowledge, skills and experience he has gained over the years should be shared with colleagues so they can develop their abilities and be empowered.
